Fitting Appointment Terms & Conditions

By booking a fitting appointment with FRO Blinds, you agree to the following:

• You will ensure safe and clear access to all windows and areas requiring installation on the agreed date.
• An adult aged 18 or over must be present for the duration of the appointment.
• Requests to reschedule must be made with at least 48 hours' notice.
• FRO Blinds is not liable for any pre-existing damage to walls, plasterwork, window frames or surrounding surfaces that becomes apparent during installation.
• Any outstanding balance must be paid within 48 hours of booking your fitting appointment.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to answer the door when we arrive. If we are unable to gain access because the door is not answered, the doorbell is not heard, or for any other reason beyond our control, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment. A new appointment will need to be booked, subject to our next available availability and may incur an additional fitting fee. FRO Blinds accepts no liability for missed appointments in these circumstances.
